SL Tools’ Seed Funding Round

Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri e Potenza Advogados advised SL Tools in the deal.

SL Tools has received a capital injection from 2TM Participações and Parallax Ventures. The deal value was not disclosed.

Founded in 2011 and based in São Paulo, SL Tools provides a digital platform for stock rental trading.
