SL Green Operating Partnership’s $500 Million Senior Notes Offering


Fried Frank acted as counsel to Wells Fargo Securities and JP Morgan Securities as representatives of the several underwriters in SL Green Operating Partnership’s US$500 million offering of 3.25% senior notes due 2022.
