SK ie technology’s US$2 Billion IPO

J.P. Morgan, Mirae Asset, Credit Suisse and Korea Investment & Securities acted as underwriters in the US$2.0 billion (KRW 2.25 trillion) global offering and listing of SK ie technology Co., Ltd. on the Korea Exchange. The transaction has marked the largest IPO in South Korea since 2017.

SK ie technology, a subsidiary of SK Innovation, is a leading South Korean manufacturer of lithium-ion battery separators and flexible cover windows.
