Sixth Street Partners’ $100 Million Investment in HighBar Partners

Simpson Thacher represented Sixth Street Partners in the transaction.

Sixth Street Partners executed its $100 million investment, comprising a combination of equity and debt, in HighBar Partners III, L.P. This transaction will provide strategic capital to HighBar, allowing it to make add-on acquisitions and investments across its current portfolio companies and accelerating HighBar’s next phases of growth.
