SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc.’s $342 Million Secondary Offering


Simpson Thacher recently represented the underwriters, led by Goldman, Sachs & Co., UBS Securities LLC and Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated, in connection with a secondary offering by certain selling stockholders of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (NYSE: SITE) (“SiteOne”) of 10,350,000 shares of common stock (including 1,350,000 shares sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional shares) at a public offering price of $33 per share. The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately $342 million.

SiteOne is the largest and only national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States and has a growing presence in Canada. Its customers are primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals who specialize in the design, installation and maintenance of lawns, gardens, golf courses and other outdoor spaces.
