Sirius Real Estate’s Acquisition Of Quartier 231 In Oberhausen

Sirius Real Estate acquired Oberhausen’s Quartier 231 business park. Quartier 231 is located in the middle of the western Ruhr area in Germany and has a total of 77,600 square metres of office and warehouse space.

Sirius Real Estate is a leading owner and operator of business parks in Germany. Sirius Real Estate Ltd. develops and operates more than 60 innovative business parks and office centres across Germany through its Berlin-based subsidiary Sirius Facilities GmbH, which was founded in 2006. The company is listed on the London and Johannesburg Stock Exchanges. The portfolio includes more than 1.8 million square metres of office, industrial and commercial space in all German metropolitan areas.
