Sinch’s SEK9.4 Billion Shares Offering

Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisor to the Joint Bookrunners. Gernandt & Danielsson has advised Sinch.

Sinch has carried out a primary issuance of shares of approximately SEK 9.4 billion at a subscription price of SEK 1,300 per share, through an accelerated book building procedure.

Sinch is a trusted software provider to mobile operators, and its platform powers business-critical communications for many of the world’s largest companies. 

Carnegie, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken Capital Markets, JP Morgan and SEB acted as Joint Bookrunners. 

The Baker McKenzie team consisted of Joakim Falkner (Picture) and Ian Gulam from the Stockholm office, Adam Farlow and Charles Farnsworth from the London office as well as Paul DePasquale from the New York office.
