Sinch’s $1,140 Million Acquisition of Inteliquent

Latham & Watkins LLP represented GTCR in the transaction, while K&L Gates LLP advised Sinch.GTCR has entered into a definitive agreement to sell Inteliquent, the largest independent voice communications provider in the United States, to Sinch AB (publ), a global leader in cloud communications for mobile customer engagement as detailed in the company press release. The purchase price paid reflects a total cash consideration of US$1,140 million on a cash and debt-free basis.
