Silversmith Capital Partners completed its $30 million minority investment in Market Access Transformation (MAT), a global healthcare company that uses innovative technology to automate and modernize how life sciences companies capture mission-critical insights that drive decision-making across the product lifecycle. This investment will be used to accelerate innovation of MAT’s product offerings, as well as to expand the company’s team.
