Silver Oak Services Partners’ $500 Million Silver Oak Services Partners Fund IV Fundraising


Kirkland & Ellis advised Silver Oak Services Partners in the closing of Silver Oak Services Partners Fund IV, L.P., with $500 million of total capital commitments.

Fund IV received strong support from both existing and new investors including corporate pension plans, fund of funds, insurance companies, endowments and foundations, public pension funds and family offices.

Silver Oak is a private equity firm that makes control investments in targeted sectors of the business, healthcare and consumer services industries.

The Kirkland team was led by investment funds partners Jeffrey Kaplan (Picture), Matt Nadworny and Laura Stake, and included investments funds associate Christine Wilson.
