Silgan Holdings Inc. has acquired WestRock Co’s (WRK.N) business that makes soap dispensers for about $1 billion.
The unit, which has 13 plants in North America, Europe, South America and Asia, generated $566 million in revenue.
Silgan Holdings Inc. and its subsidiaries manufacture consumer goods packaging products. The company, led by Anthony J Allott, Thomas James Snyder, Robert B Lewis, Adam J Greenlee and Frank W Hogan is based in Stamford (CT).
