Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer advised Numerex Corp. (Numerex), an enterprise solutions provider enabling the Internet of Things (IoT), on its sale to Sierra Wireless, Inc. (Sierra), a global device-to-cloud solutions provider. The transaction closed on December 7, 2017.
Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Numerex provides software and services through integrated platforms across the globe. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Sierra, Numerex contributes its established customer base, proven technologies, and recurring revenue scale to enhance Sierra’s global leadership in IoT services.
