Shift4 Payments, Inc. has completed its offering of $632.5 million aggregate principal amount of 0.5% Convertible Senior Notes due 2027. The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include acquisitions or investments. The offering of the Convertible Senior Notes was upsized from the originally announced size of $500 million.The initial purchasers were led led by Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC and Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
