Shahid Khan’s acquisition of Wembley Stadium from The Football Association


Slaughter and May is acting for Shahid Khan in respect of his offer to purchase Wembley Stadium from The Football Association.

The offer from the Fulham owner, who also owns NFL side Jacksonville Jaguars, is understood to be an initial £500m with the remaining £300m-valued Club Wembley hospitality business to be run by the Football Association.

Slaughter and May is acting on the deal with a Real Estate team led by Jane Edwarde (partner, in picture), assisted by Tom Inker (associate) and a Corporate team led by Nigel Boardman (partner), alongside Hemita Sumanasuriya (associate).
