Seven & i Holdings’ $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

Simpson Thacher recently represented Seven & i Holdings Co., Ltd. in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $600 million aggregate principal amount of 3.35% Senior Notes due 2021.

Seven & i Holdings is the holding company for the Seven & i Group. Through its subsidiaries and affiliates, it engages in a wide range of retail businesses centered on a global chain of 7-Eleven convenience stores and extending to other well-known retail establishments, operating primarily in Japan, including superstores, supermarkets, department stores and specialty stores.
