Servicios Corporativos Javer’s US$165 Million Credit and Guaranty Agreement

Mexican company Servicios Corporativos Javer (Javer) announced its US$165 million Credit and Guaranty Agreement amended and restated on June 1, 2021.  The administrative agent is Credit Suisse. Javer, the largest homebuilder in Mexico, provides housing development services and offers construction of affordable entry-level, middle-income, and residential houses.

Javer has agreed with this group of creditors pursuant to this restatement to postpone part of the amortizations of this guaranteed loan, as well as established a certain framework to incentivize the raising of capital or financings to benefit the growth of Javer.
