Servicios Compresión de Gas CA-KU-A1 secured a syndicated loan facility from ING and Mizuho – acting as Lead Arrangers – to finance the construction, development and operational costs of an offshore gas compression platform.

Servicios Compresión de Gas Ca-Ku-A1 S.A.P.I. de C.V. is a company established in the City of Mexico which provides engineering and construction solutions for the Mexican oil industry; which belongs to the Mexican engineering company Avanzia and to the Spanish firms Dragados Offshore and Cobra, aimed at engineering and construction, and industrial infrastructure, respectively.

In Mexico, Ritch, Mueller, Heather y Nicolau advised ING and Mizuho with a team led by Gabriel del Valle (Picture) and including Daniela Solís Navarro, Tomás Antonio Bayo Canalizo, Diego García Fernández Mora and Emilio Ignacio Lie.

In US, Allen & Overy advised ING and Mizuho.
