Serra de Ibiapaba Transmissora de Energia, operating as a subsidiary of Celeo Redes Brasil, executed its offering of $91.6 million due 2021.

Banco Santander (Brasil) acted as led manager on the transacction.

Celeo Redes Brasil S.A. provides power generation, construction and installation of stations and electrical distribution networks, equipment repair, and engineering services. The Company operates in Brazil.
