Schneider National, Inc.’s $500 Million Initial Public Offering

Cravath represented Schneider National, Inc. in connection with its US$550 million initial public offering of class B common stock.

Schneider National is a leading transportation and logistics services company, and has been owned by the Schneider family since its founding in 1935. The shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The shares began trading on April 6, 2017, and the transaction closed on April 11, 2017.
