Schneider Electric’s Public Tender Offer To RIB Software SE


Hengeler Mueller advised Schneider Electric in its intention to launch a public tender offer to the shareholders of RIB Software SE.

RIB creates, develops and offers digital technologies for construction enterprises and projects across various industries worldwide. The terms of the offer value the target company at a total of approx. EUR 1.4bn.

Schneider Electric SE is a French multinational corporation specializing in electrical equipment that is headquartered in Rueil-Malmaison, France.
