SBA Communications’ $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering


Simpson Thacher represented the initial purchaser with the Rule 144A and Reg S offering.

SBA Communications issued $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.875% Senior Notes due 2027.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA Inc., TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, among others, acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering. The offering closed on February 4, 2020.

SBA Communications Corporation is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications tower structures, rooftops and other structures that support antennas used for wireless communications.
