SBA Communications’ $1.5 Billion Notes Offering

SBA Communications Corporation (“SBA Communications”) executed its offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 3.125% Senior Notes due 2029.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Mizuho Securities USA LLC, TD Securities (USA) LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, among others, acted as joint bookrunning managers for the offering. The offering closed on January 29, 2021.

SBA Communications is a leading independent owner and operator of wireless communications tower structures, rooftops and other structures that support antennas used for wireless communications.
