Fried Frank acted as counsel to Savanna in connection with its US$257 million sale of 540 West 26th Street, also known as Chelsea 540, to Ramrock Real Estate.
The property, located in the Hudson Yards neighborhood of New York City, is a nine-story, 164,000-square-foot mixed-use property, which is comprised of office space on the upper floors and a gallery and retail space on the ground floor.
Fried Frank previously represented Savanna in connection with (i) an approximately 70,000-square-foot, 18-year lease to Roc Nation for its headquarters and (ii) an approximately 85,000-square-foot lease to Avenues: The World School for its headquarters, both at 540 West 26th Street.
