Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB’s Acquisition of Fade Acoustic Ceilings

Accura advised Compagnie de Saint-Gobain and Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB in connection with the transaction.

Sweden-based Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB has concluded an agreement on the acquisition of the Danish company Fade Acoustic Ceilings Europe ApS.

Fade Acoustic Ceilings is specialized in acoustic plaster systems. The company develops and sells seamless acoustic plaster solutions with high sound absorbent qualities offering a monolithic finishing aspect appreciated by high-end customers, architects and interior designers.

Saint-Gobain Ecophon, with head office in Sweden, develops, manufactures and markets sound absorbing systems and acoustic panels, baffles and ceiling systems to the office, educational and healthcare sectors. Saint-Gobain Ecophon AB is a subsidiary of the global French manufacturer and distributor of construction and high-performance materials Compagnie de Saint-Gobain.
