Rutas del Este, S.A., a Jont venure company Sacyr Concesiones, Mota Engil and Ocho A, has estabilished a Trust to grant a $50 Million credit facility structured by Goldman Sachs.
Banco Regional SAECA is beneficiary of the trust and Visión Banco SAECA acted as trust agent.
Rutas del Este S.A is the concession holder for the construction and operation of Paraguay’s Roads 2 and 7. The Company was awarded by the country’s Ministry of Public Works and Communications (MOPC) in 2017 for the widening, upgrade, operation and maintenance of the 170km stretch running from Asunción to Caaguazú. Rutas del Este holds the concession until 2047 and it is headquartered in Asunción.
