The lis­ted RPC Group, head­quar­te­red in Rus­h­den, Uni­ted King­dom, is one of Europe’s lar­gest sup­p­liers of plastic pac­ka­ging and has gene­ra­ted total reve­nues of £3.7 bil­lion in Finan­cial Year 2017/18.

Nelu­plast is a spe­cia­li­sed B2B sup­p­lier of ther­mo­for­med plastic pac­ka­ging pri­ma­rily for the food sec­tor. Its pro­duct port­fo­lio inclu­des dif­fe­rent plastic pac­ka­ging solu­ti­ons ran­ging from food pac­ka­ging to non-food pac­ka­ging as well as cof­fee cap­su­les and indi­vi­dual pac­ka­ging solu­ti­ons for its custo­mers. Since 1923, Nelu­plast has deve­lo­ped into an effi­ci­ent and qua­lity ori­en­ta­ted sup­p­lier and busi­ness part­ner in the plastic pac­ka­ging indu­s­try.

With the acqui­si­tion of Nelu­plast RPC extends its exper­tise wit­hin the Ger­man mar­ket and enhan­ces its ser­vice offe­ring while streng­t­he­ning the mar­ket posi­tion.
