Röko AB’s Acquisition of 70% of Stake in Dan-Form A/S

Horten has provided legal advice to the owners of the design and manufacturing company Dan-Form A/S.

Swedish investment company Röko AB acquired a 70% stake in Danish furniture maker DAN-FORM A/S.

Röko AB has €270 million in committed capital with local presence in Sweden, Norway and Germany and has more than 80 years of combined experience from working with founder- and entrepreneurial led companies across a broad range of industries.

Upon the transaction, the seller and founder of Dan-Form A/S retains 10% of the company, and the CEO continues owning 20% of Dan-Form A/S.

The products in the DAN-FORM range are all designed by Danish designers; we use both in-house and external designers. DAN-FORM is known for its continuing development of new designs and new concepts. Our furniture is suited for both residential and contract use.
