Roch S.A.’s Sale of its 10% interest in Unión Transitoria de Empresas

Pentanova Energy Corp., Through ist subsidiary Alianza Petrolera Argentina S.A., finalized the acquisition of Roch’s 10% interest in Unión Transitoria de Empresas (UTE).

Pentanova Energy Corp. intends to invest $54 Million on the area.

Roch S.A. engages in the exploration, exploitation, and production oil and gas properties in Argentina. The company, led by Ricardo Omar Chacra, Iris Mendez, Silvana Lorena Chacra and Juan Carlos Rodriguez, is based in Buenos Aires.

Petrolera Argentina S.A. explores, produces, and exports petroleum products. The company, led by Miguel Schvartzbaum is based in Argentina.

Estudio Garrido advised Alianza Petrolera Argentina S.A. with Lucas Granillo Ocampo (Picture) and Francisco Ruiz Guiñazú.
