The Riverside Company has bolstered its ProSites platform with the addition of Eirene, Inc. (dba PracticeMojo), a provider of a cloud-based SaaS software for dental practices. No financial terms were disclosed.
ProSites offers custom website design, search engine marketing, social media management, and pay-per-click solutions to over 14,000 dental, medical and professional practices.
PracticeMojo’s software allows for two-way HIPAA compliant and secure patient communication. Its services include automated text and email appointment reminders and confirmations, online reputation management, and electronic/print marketing services.
PracticeMojo is quick and affordable to install and use, and integrates with most practice management software, making it a compelling choice.
Riverside continues to strengthen ProSites’ position in professional service software, and is actively seeking add-ons. Riverside has deep experience with software companies, having completed more than 80 deals in the space.
