Revolution Bars Group Plc’s Company Voluntary Arrangement


Slaughter and May, in conjunction with AlixPartners, advised Revolution Bars Group Plc.

The deal concerned a company voluntary arrangement (“CVA”) proposed by one of Revolution Bars Group operating subsidiaries, Revolution Bars Limited. The CVA, which was successfully approved by creditors on 13 November 2020, will allow it to reduce the size and rental cost base of the Group’s Revolution Bars business.

Revolution Bars Group, previously known as Inventive Leisure and The New Inventive Bar Company, is a city centre bar chain with headquarters in Ashton-under-Lyne, Greater Manchester, England.
