The Real Asset and Investment Manager Wealthcap announced the sale of the shopping and business centre Bahnhofspassagen at Babelsberger Str. 11-16 in 14473 Potsdam. The buyer is Revcap.
The Bahnhofspassagen is not only a shopping and business centre but also part of Potsdam’s main railway station and was built in the late 1990s. In addition to retail space, they also include areas for a cinema, fitness studio and offices as well as multi-storey car parks with over 1,400 parking spaces. Thanks to their excellent location and access, the station arcades can also be easily reached on foot, by bicycle or by public transport.
