Republic of Argentina $2.750 Million Notes Offering

Republic of Argentina finalized the offering of $2.75 billion aggregate principal amount of its 7.125% bonds due 2117 pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., Nomura Securities International, Inc. and Santander Investment Securities Inc. acted as initial purchasers on the offering.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton advised the Republic of Argentina with Andrés de la Cruz (Picture), Erika Nijenhuis, Carlos von der Heyde, Mariano Sierra, Chip McCorkle and Jonathan LaPlante.
