Reply’s Acquisition of CSPi

Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Hamburg office, advised Reply on the acquisition of the German group companies of U.S. group CSPi.

IT service provider CSPi GmbH, which will operate as Spike Reply in the future, will boost Reply group’s presence in IT security.

CSPi is one of Germany’s leading IT system integrators for IT security and has been represented on the German market for over 40 years. The company’s service range extends from design and integration of IT security products to the commissioning and operation of entire IT systems.
