Renewable Energy Group’s $365.5 Million Common Stock Offering

Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REGI) executed its offering of an underwritten public offering of 5 million shares of its common stock at a public offering price of US$67 per share. The size of the offering was upsized from 4.5 million shares to 5 million shares. The offering closed on March 19, 2021, resulting in approximately $365.5 million of net proceeds to the Company.

Credit Suisse, BofA Securities, and Guggenheim Securities acted as joint book-running managers for the offering and Piper Sandler and Roth Capital Partners acted as co-managers.

Renewable Energy Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: REGI) is leading the energy industry’s transition to sustainability by transforming renewable resources into high-quality, cleaner fuels. REG is an international producer of cleaner fuels and North America’s largest producer of biodiesel.
