Redalpine’s Investment Into 9fin

Marriott Harrison advised Redalpine on the deal.

9fin has developed a state-of-the-art tech platform to provide data and predictive analytics for debt capital markets and counts 9 of the top 10 investment banks as their customers. London-based 9fin has now started its US expansion, supported by Redalpine, a VC with a strong track record within the FinTech space.

The total investment round was for an amount over £8m. The investment was led by Redalpine, with participation from existing investor Fly Ventures. Angel investors Paul Forster, Co-Founder of Indeed, and Alan Morgan, Co-Founder of MMC Ventures participated in the round along with Ilavska Vuillermoz Capital and a number of high-net-worth individuals.

The proceeds of the investment will be put towards 9Fin opening a New York office, following strong client demand from the US.
