Real I.S. Investment GmbH’s acquisition of the Black Pearl building from Immobel

Laga assisted Immobel with the sale of The Green Corner, the holding company which developed the Black Pearl building within Brussels’ European Quarter.

Shares of The Green Corner were sold to Germany based company Real I.S. Investment GmbH based on an asset valuation of the company of around 56 million Euros.

Occupation rights to the Black Pearl building (15 year fixed term) were recently delivered to the European Union.

The Real I.S. Group is one of Germany’s leading providers of property investments for private and institutional investors. The Group has property worth more than € 5.5 billion under management in thirteen countries across the globe and is represented in four locations in Europe and Australia.
