RDL Realisation’s Proposals to Accelerate Repayment of Zero Dividend Preference Shares Issued by Its Subsidiary

Sidley represented RDL Realisation plc, a premium listed investment fund, on its proposals to accelerate the repayment of the Zero Dividend Preference Shares issued by its subsidiary, RDLZ Realisation plc (RDLZ).

The proposals are being implemented by a members’ voluntary liquidation of RDLZ which commenced on June 20, 2019.

RDL Realisation PLC provides consumer finance services. The Company offers term loans, invoice receivables, factoring, and asset financing solutions.
