Memery Crystal LLP sold to AIM-listed professional services group RBG Holdings plc for a total of £30 million.
Memery Crystal is a London-based law firm which was founded in 1978. At the date of exchange the firm has 146 employees, including 29 partners, and an additional 66 fee earners. RBG Holdings plc is a professional services group which includes specialist dispute resolution law firm Rosenblatt Limited (RBL).
