Razorpay’s $160 Million Series E Financing Round

Rajaram Legal advised Matrix Partners India, while Goodwin Procter advised Razorpay.

Razorpay raised approx. INR 1208 crores ($160 million) in its Series E funding round led by GIC, Sequoia Capital India, Matrix Partners India and Ribbit Capital, raising its valuation to $3 billion.
