RATCH-Australia’s Acquisition Of Yandin Wind Farm

Baker McKenzie acted for RATCH-Australia, as lead transaction counsel in relation to the majority stake acquisition of Yandin Wind Farm from Alinta Energy located near the town of Dandaragan.

RATCH-Australia is owned by a major Thai power generation company, RATCH Group. RATCH Group is a company incorporated in Thailand, founded in 2000, and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand with a market capitalisation equivalent to c.$2 billion and S&P credit rating of BBB+. It is a leading Thai power generation company with a total capacity of 8,015 MW.
