Rapid7, a provider of security analytics and automation, today announced it has acquired IntSights Cyber Intelligence. Rapid7 will pay approximately $335 million in cash and stock to acquire IntSights, subject to adjustments.
Rapid7, Inc. provides security data and analytic software solutions. The Company offers services to collect, contextualize, and analyze security data to reduce threat exposure and detect compromise in real-time.
IntSights Cyber Intelligence provides cyber intelligence solutions. The Company offers an automated system that detects, analyzes, and remediates threats through an intuitive dashboard. IntSights Cyber Intelligence serves customers in Israel and the United States.
