Range Resources Corporation’s $300 Million Sale of a Proportionately Reduced 1% Overriding Royalty in its Washington County, Pennsylvania leases

Vinson & Elkins advised Range Resources Corporation in its agreement to sell a proportionately reduced 1% overriding royalty in its Washington County, Pennsylvania leases for gross proceeds of $300 million.

Range Resources is a leading U.S. independent natural gas, NGL and oil producer with operations focused in stacked-pay projects in the Appalachian Basin and North Louisiana.
