RADA Electronic Industries’ $59.5 Million Follow-on Offering

RADA Electronic Industries Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: RADA), a global defense technology company specializing in the development and manufacture of proprietary tactical radar solutions for a variety of military platforms and missions; and avionics systems for manned and unmanned aircraft, recently completed an underwritten public offering of 5,175,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $11.50 per share with gross proceeds of approximately $59.5 million.

Jefferies LLC, Baird and Canaccord Genuity acted as joint bookrunners for this offering. A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners acted as lead manager in the offering.
