Rabobank’s Project Financing Of The Larks Green Solar Farm

CMS has advised Rabobank on the financing.

Rabobank financeda subsidy-free utility-scale solar PV project in the UK, developed by: Cero Generation (Cero), a portfolio company of Macquarie’s Green Investment Group (GIG); and Cero’s UK development partner, Enso Energy

This is the first project in the partners’ 1+ GW development pipeline to reach financial close and move into construction.

The Larks Green solar farm, located in South Gloucestershire, will have a generation capacity of approximately 64 GWh annually, capable of powering the equivalent of more than 17,300 homes. The project will be constructed by Gransolar Group and the operational phase will be led by Ingeteam. Cero will play an ongoing role providing construction management services to the project. The project financing was arranged by Macquarie Capital.
