Quora’s $85 million financing round

Cooley advised Collaborative Fund on co-leading Quora’s recent $85 million financing round – the firm’s largest investment to date.

Quora is a question-and-answer platform and its mission is to share and grow the world’s knowledge. The Palo Alto-based company attracts approximately 190 million monthly users. It was founded in 2009 by Adam D’Angelo & Charlie Cheever.
