Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. (TSXV:QUIS), a premier Microsoft solutions provider, completed a public offering of 21,333,405 units (the “Units”) at a price of $0.75 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $16 million (the “Offering”).

The Offering was co-led by Eight Capital and Scotia Capital Inc. on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters including Clarus Securities Inc., Raymond James Ltd., Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited (collectively, the “Underwriters”).
