Bass, Berry & Sims represented Entrada Inc. in its sell to NextGen Healthcare Information Systems, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Quality Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: QSII) for $34 million.
Entrada, Inc. provides clinical documentation and document sharing solutions. Its solutions capture the patient story; provide document clinical information; dictate inside electronic health record templates; and capture patient images from their preferred mobile devices. The company, led by G. William Brown, Baxter Lee, Rob Trumble, Martin D. Coyne and J. Patrick Williams, is based in Brentwood.
The Nashville-based company, Entrada, had revenue of approximately $12 million in the 2016 calendar year. The all-cash transaction closed April 2017.
