Quadient’s $104 Million Acquisition of Beanworks

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP advised Beanworks in its acquisition by Quadient.

On March 23, 2021, Quadient completed its acquisition of Beanworks for approximately CAD$104 million (EUR$70 million). The all-cash transaction grants Quadient 96% of Beanworks. The acquisition supports Quadient’s growth strategy and brings advanced cloud based accounts payable automation capabilities to Quadient’s software portfolio. The transaction will accelerate the expansion of Beanworks’ SaaS solutions.

Beanworks is a Vancouver-based software firm specializing in cloud based accounts payable automation solutions.

Quadient is a Paris-based automation company focused on providing Customer Experience Management, Business Process Automation, Mail Related Solutions and Parcel Locker Solutions.
