Qorvo’s Acquisition of 7Hugs Labs

Gide advised Qorvo, while Dechert advised the selling shareholders (including the founders and directors, the business angels, Karista, Kima Ventures and NovX Capital), except the Xerys funds, advised by Bredin Prat, on the deal.

Qorvo, a NASDAQ-listed U.S. company specializing in innovative radio frequency solutions,  executed the acquisition of the entire share capital of 7Hugs Labs, a French tech company in providing software for ultra-wideband (UWB) applications.
