Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura S.A. de C.V. wins PPP highway concession contract in Mexico

A Pinfra-led consortium – including Grupo Concesionario de México, S.A. de C.V. – has been awarded the public-private partnership (PPP) concession contract to build and operate for 30 years the La Gloria-San Fernando section of the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo toll highway.

Promotora y Operadora de Infraestructura, S. A. B. de C. V. engages in the construction, operation, maintenance, financing, and promotion activities in the infrastructure sector in Mexico. The company, led by David Peñaloza Alanís, Carlos Césarman Kolteniuk, Manuel Pérez Del Toro Rivera Torres, Salvador Sánchez Garza and Ricardo Jorge Casares Zavala is based in Mexico City.
